• Accept a plain HTTPClient interface in WithStdHTTPClient by @cubahno in #160

Breaking change:

WithStdHTTPClient now takes the new runtime.HTTPClient interface (Do(*http.Request) (*http.Response, error)) instead of *http.Client, so any client with a plain Do method can be passed directly.

Calls passing a *http.Client or nil compile unchanged; only code that stores runtime.WithStdHTTPClient in a
func(*http.Client) runtime.APIClientOption variable needs updating.

WithHTTPClient and HttpRequestDoer are unchanged.
