- ZIP 한글이 Windows에서도 안 깨져요 — 이름을 UTF-8 표시와 함께 저장하고, Mac 전용 파일(
__MACOSX·._)은 넣지 않아요. 오래된 프로그램용 한글 Windows용(CP949) 선택도 있어요. - Windows에서 만든 ZIP도 한글 그대로 풀기 — 이름 인코딩을 알아서 판별해요. 손상되었거나 비정상적으로 커지는 ZIP은 풀지 않아요.
- 이름 자모 합치기 — Mac에서 만든 파일 이름이 Windows에서
ㅎㅏㄴㄱㅡㄹ처럼 보이지 않게 합쳐 줘요("이름 정리", "자모 합쳐줘"). 변환 결과 이름도 항상 합친 형태로 저장해요.

- ZIP files keep Korean names on Windows — names are stored with the UTF-8 flag and Mac-only files (
__MACOSX,._) are left out. A For Korean Windows (CP949) option is there for older tools. - Unzip archives made on Windows with names intact — the name encoding is detected automatically. Damaged ZIPs and ZIP bombs are refused.
- Compose Korean Names — fixes Mac file names that show up as separated jamo on Windows. Converted files always get composed names.
