ZeroAPI 3.11.3 carries the accepted Hermes v2026.9.14 compatibility fix. Its optional runtime patch preserves the host's persistence-disabled fork guard, prevents duplicate session-start hooks after routing, and recognizes the native turn-boundary wrapper without weakening strict matching or rollback. Surface-switch behavior and previous supported hosts remain covered.
Qualified hosts: Hermes v2026.9.14 / 0.21.3 (345cd2b057a452236de401d3534b8502a7465e8d) and OpenClaw v2026.9.4 (3a9d69db306cd7f081e06254cb89c4bcc14a7107). OpenClaw needs no adapter runtime or OAuth alias change. The publication smoke uses exact OpenClaw 2026.9.4. Native model/provider hooks still do not guarantee same-turn account switching.
Also included since 3.11.2: the missing-PyYAML doctor fallback test (#89), Hermes patch prerequisite clarification (#91), the existing September 13 scheduled benchmark/starter snapshot (61e333a), and the official-source September 15 Anthropic policy re-review with its 90-day gate unchanged. The release preparation only updates snapshot version metadata; it does not refresh data or change routing policy.
The GitHub source archive includes the Hermes adapter and runtime patch recipes. ClawHub distributes the OpenClaw plugin: clawhub:zeroapi@3.11.3. GitHub release publication triggers the existing ClawHub exact-version trust and isolated install verification workflow.
Release PR: #93. Compatibility PR: #92. All 11 release-head CI checks passed. Tests used synthetic state; no live OAuth/provider call or live agent deployment is included.
