[FEATURE] Auto-populate Site/Folder field when relating content #33529
Description
Problem
When adding or editing a content relationship in the new Edit Content UI, the Site/Folder field filter is currently empty and requires manual selection.
It would improve usability and consistency if this field were automatically populated with the same default behavior seen in the Content Search screen.
Goal
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any content in the new Edit Content experience.
- Go to the Relationships tab.
- Click Add Related Content.
- Observe that the Site/Folder field is blank.

Demo Expectations
The Site/Folder field should be auto-populated (pre-selected) based on the context — similar to how it behaves in the Content Search dialog.
Users should still have the ability to change the selection manually if needed.
