Publishing queue: clicking pending bundle redirects to Users/first tab instead of bundle details

Problem Statement

In the publishing queue portlet, clicking a pending bundle on the Publishing Queue tab redirects to the Users tab (or the first tab) instead of showing the selected bundle’s information.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the publishing queue portlet.
2. Go to the Publishing Queue tab (pending bundles).
3. Click a pending bundle in the list.
4. Result: the view switches to the Users tab or the first tab instead of bundle details.

Acceptance Criteria

Clicking a pending bundle item shows the content data.
