Limited user cannot unarchive/delete in workflow

You Get a "You must unarchive this content before checking in" message.

This is only true if the content is locked first

Here is what I did:

1. Added role Publisher/Legal to "Joe Contributor"
2. On scheme "Document Management" Step "Archived" added action "UnArchive" with actionlet "unarchive content"
3. Who can use on "UnArchive" -> "Publisher/Legal"
4. In a structure with just one text field assigned "Document Management" workflow scheme with permissions for "Joe Contributor"
5. Login as "Joe Contributor"
6. Created New content for that structure on 4
7. Executed Publish
8. Executed Archive
9. Excecuted UnArchive

That last step should be the bug. But it's working.

What am I missing?

Take a lock out on the content

great! The bug just hit me

changed the rule a bit. The thing is:

IF your action doesn't require checkout then AND you can handle content.lock THEN
unlock the content if locked because that action will not make changes on the content and if you fired that type of action in some way you're telling that you're discarding your changes on the content editor (if any)

we just need to test that the workflow action cannot be fired by a limited user when another user has a lock on the content
