The interface no longer needs the internet to draw itself

Every icon in the app is a glyph in a font, and that font was fetched from Google at startup
along with the two typefaces. When it did not arrive - no connection yet, a slow or blocked
network, a cache emptied by an update - each icon fell back to the word behind it, and the
window filled up with campaign, shield and play_arrow where the pictures should be.

The fonts now sit inside the app and are read from disk. Nothing about drawing the window
touches the network any more, and the window's content policy no longer permits it to.
