  • fix(crossfile): propagate rootPath and fix orphan detection with trigger maps

    • NewCrossFileValidator now accepts an optional rootPath variadic arg for backwards compatibility
    • ValidateTriggerMaps stores rootPath on the validator so orphan detection can also scan trigger maps
    • collectTriggerMapReferences reads trigger map files to mark skills as referenced, eliminating false-positive orphan reports
    • Skip fake-flag validation when a command uses $ARGUMENTS passthrough

  • fix(cli): reduce false positives in skill and reference validation

    • Pass rootPath to NewCrossFileValidator so trigger map orphan scanning is active
    • isSubdirIndexFile guard prevents reference-chain checks on subdirectory index files (references//file.md)
    • hasNestedReferenceLink no longer flags co-located .md siblings as reference chains
    • Expanded trigger description keywords: covers, handles, not for now count as valid trigger phrases
