RenderDox v1.45 development build 222ad60

This build contains changes from dgcore-main through 222ad6012e47.

NOTE: This downstream snapshot reports RenderDoc v1.45 compatibility and includes reviewed maintenance fixes. It is maintained by the RenderDox project and is not an upstream RenderDoc release.

Windows x64 binaries built with MSVC and ClangCL are available below.
