VirtualizationTest.AnchorMode_WindowScroll_HomeKeyJumpsToTopdue to intermittent failures observed across 2 recent CI builds (1531284, 1537634).The failures show a
BrowserAssertFailedException/Assert.True()timeout while waiting for the window scroll position to reach the top after pressing Home, consistent with a timing-sensitive UI interaction rather than a product regression.Tracking issue: #68225
