Remove the deprecated
Microsoft.Extensions.ApiDescription.Clientpackage fromrelease/8.0, matching #68211.Description
src/Tools/Extensions.ApiDescription.Clientsource and test projects.Microsoft.Extensions.ApiDescription.Client.Customer Impact
No runtime impact expected. This removes a deprecated package from servicing build outputs.
