Code quality table fairly unreadable on mobile #49898

Description
The table formatting on the Code Quality article makes the first column very wide and the second column very short on mobile. Some of the content in the second column is also cut off.
I think it would be better if the items in the first column were allowed to break into multiple lines so that the right column wouldn't be so squished.
