Warning wave for .NET 10 missing

Description

The article wasn't updated for warning wave 10 (.NET 10, C# 14). See https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn/blob/main/docs/compilers/CSharp/Warnversion%20Warning%20Waves.md

That file already contains a warning wave 11 for the upcoming C# 15. I'm not sure if this should already be documented here. But at least it should be documented once .NET 11 is released.
