This PR moves Aspire documentation redirects from the old Aspire docs repository into this repository as part of decommissioning the old repo (issue #51954). The PR adds a new redirect configuration file containing 1,146 redirect rules that map old Aspire documentation paths to their new locations on aspire.dev.
