AI freshness pass: update remaining 13 articles (ms.date, content, style)

Completes the remaining unchecked items from the AI freshness pass tracking issue. Updates ms.date to 03/04/2026 and adds ai-usage: ai-assisted to frontmatter for all 13 articles, with targeted content and style fixes.

Content fixes

• get-started-app-chat-template.md: "Microsoft Agent Framework" → "Semantic Kernel" (wrong product name with broken link); fixed Its used typo
• vector-databases.md: GPT-35 or GPT-4 → GPT-4o; fixed missing as and in in two sentences
• embeddings.md: text-embedding-ada-002 (legacy) → text-embedding-3-small / text-embedding-3-large (current recommended)
• azure-ai-services-authentication.md: Fixed two broken anchor self-links (/#explore-microsoft-entra-id, /#configure-your-app-code)
• tutorial-ai-vector-search.md: Open AI → OpenAI; CosmosDB for MongoDb → Cosmos DB for MongoDB
• zero-shot-learning.md: Fixed two fined-tuned → fine-tuned typos

Style (Microsoft Writing Style Guide)

Applied consistently across all 13 articles: active voice, imperative mood for instructions, contractions, sentence-case headings, eliminated weak There are / You can / allows you to constructions.
