Fixes a Markdown formatting issue in a GitHub prompt file to eliminate a build/lint warning.
Changes:
- Corrects list indentation so the “Link to language reference” rule renders as a normal bullet (not an indented/nested construct).
- Wraps the example Markdown link in inline code formatting to present it as literal syntax (and avoid link validation on a non-docs file).
