Unable to pull `dotnet/samples:aspnetapp`

I'm unable to pull the sample image

$ docker pull mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/samples:aspnetapp                 
aspnetapp: Pulling from dotnet/samples
no matching manifest for linux/amd64 in the manifest list entries

The page of the Artifcat Registry is suspiciously empty: https://mcr.microsoft.com/en-us/artifact/mar/dotnet/samples/tag/aspnetapp

Definitely looks like something is wrong here. The aspnetapp manifest list has this content:

This has been temporarily resolved, but might happen again until dotnet/docker-tools#2107 is fixed (which I'm working on now).
