This pull request updates the PowerShell global tool version from 7.5.2 to 7.5.3 across all .NET 9.0 SDK Dockerfiles and the manifest. This ensures that all supported images and environments use the latest PowerShell release, providing bug fixes and security updates.

PowerShell version update:

  • Updated the PowerShell global tool version from 7.5.2 to 7.5.3 in all relevant Dockerfiles for Linux (Alpine, AzureLinux, Bookworm, Noble) and Windows (NanoServer, WindowsServerCore) base images, ensuring consistency and up-to-date binaries across all platforms.   • Updated the PowerShell build version for 9.0 from 7.5.2 to 7.5.3 in the manifest.versions.json file to reflect the new version used in the images.

Updated remaining checksums using the following command:

dotnet run --project ./eng/update-dependencies/update-dependencies.csproj -- specific 9.0 --product-version powershell=7.5.3
