Fixes #20184
NestedCopyAndUpdatehas shipped since F# 8.0 and is enabled for every selectable--langversion(minimum 8.0), so its flag could never be turned off. Removed the dead flag and collapsed the guarded code to its enabled path.--disableLanguageFeature:NestedCopyAndUpdateis no longer a recognised feature name.
