XCode 26.0 support for iOS when would be available for .net 10 rc1 ?

On my Mac machine XCode updated to version 26.0, then I had to upgrade from net9.0 to net10 RC1. I'd like to know when we expect XCode 26.0 support?

With net9.0-ios26.0 I was able to run, thank you! I was lucky had separate commit for net10 upgrade with all nugets and easily reverted :)

But now the question is can I publish to prod with that? seems everything works but idk.

.NET 10 RC 1 is already out, so it won't have support for Xcode 26 (the stable version). It already has support using the release candidate of Xcode 26 (see https://github.com/dotnet/macios/releases/tag/dotnet-10.0.1xx-rc.1-10727 for more information).

.NET 10 RC 2 will have support for Xcode 26 though, unless something really catastrophic happens in the upcoming days.

Yeah, Yesterday I deployed to testflight, and it is fine. Probably few next days will try to rollout to prod.

Now I've got update of xcode to 26.1, and net9.0-ios26.0 not working anymore, I tried to change it to net9.0-ios26.1 but still not working. How to deal with 26.1 with dotnet 9 ?

What prevents you from installing multiple Xcodes and switching between them as you need? https://github.com/XcodesOrg/XcodesApp is quite useful for that.

I've previously done this. however there's two things, one is we only have one mac ( well , we have another, but thats too old to do anything on), and hdd space is a premium ( vaguely fixed by getting an external nvme), but from recollection, this did start causing problems with our main mac native toolchains .
luckily it hasn't auto upgraded, so its visual studio that has the problems..
26Insiders doesn't want to create archives.... .net9 won't build.. vs 2022 won't run .net 10....

Oh blimey, checking how much hdd I've left on the drive has probably shown WHY my builds are failing....230mb free..... crossing fingers that fixes MY build issue :/

(edit) Ah yeah, the main issue with >1 xcode is that it completely blows out all the hdd. Its not xcode itself, its all the emulators you end up downloading..

I just try today, .net9 with the updated maui workload, and app store's xcode 26.0.1, my maui app was build and run fine in my iphone12 device.
No any insider in this machine, only have xcode 16.4 and xcode 26.0.1. What I do is just using AI to give me the command for switched back xcode 26.0.1 to the default xcode, otherwise error about xcode version will be throw during building.
My machine is mac m1, only one thing I concern is when build maui app and vs code do verifying simulators action, the machine start to make a fan noise.

It's an intence process to compile the code for the app.

yeah, this the first time I met, all good when abort build and give some mins to vs code for the simulator verifying.

How to deal with XCode 26.2 ? @rolfbjarne could you help me please? I already tryed to build with net10.0-ios26.2 but compiler says 26.0. and 26.1 only valid build targets.

We're about to release Xcode 26.2 support; if you can't wait, just use Xcode 26.0 or Xcode 26.1.
