dotnet-sdk-10.0 Debian packaging: Strange warnings emitted.

Installing the dotnet-sdk-10.0 package from the Debian 12 and 13 repositories results in the following warnings

1. The tar archive appears to have an invalid header.
2. It appears the package is reporting an install size of 430GB, which is clearing wrong.

However, the package appears to install and work fine.

Tested both Debian 12 repositories and Debian 13 repositories on Debian 13 x64. Both reported the same issues.
