Looks like this value of JitStress hits our stress testing of "noway" recompilation fallback inside AsyncHelpers.TransparentAwait and that somehow causes issues.

In this case on the recompilation in MinOpts enables ELT hook stress and that causes return merging. The internal representation of the AsyncSuspend intrinsic used by TransparentAwait has some issues with that.
