Yup, I will take a look. The same tests were passing without GC stress (I remember running Interop tests locally), so it maybe something subtle like GC hole.

NETClientLicense.cmd consistently fails under gcstress modes on Windows. The test crashes with exit code -1073740940 (STATUS_HEAP_CORRUPTION) during COM licensing API calls.
