The following are needed in System.ComponentModel.TypeConverter.

AppDomain.CurrentDomain.GetAssemblies
AppDomain.CurrentDomain.SetupInformation.LicenseFile

AppDomain.CurrentDomain.SetupInformation.LicenseFile is not coming back. You should assume that it is always null.
