Request to add some example for `system.security.cryptography.pkcs` namespace class functions

Background and Motivation

Hi,
Thanks for making this awesome project an open-source project from where we can easily communicate and collaborate and can provide any recommendation.

I am trying to create a TSA request with a byte array. I came to know this library (system.security.cryptography.pkcs) very useful and like to use it for my project.

I really like Microsoft documentation were all class and functions are defined and little code snippet are added to understand and write code faster.

But for this library, there is no code snippet added for any class or no function. That is why it is very difficult for us to use the library easily.

Can you please add some code snippet with the documentation?
