The CI runner image may ship with a Homebrew LLVM whose libraries (e.g., an x86_64-only libunwind.dylib in /usr/local/lib) conflict with the Apple SDK and break native linking. The build uses Apple clang from /usr/bin/clang exclusively and does not need Homebrew LLVM. Backport of dotnet#125763

Pull request overview
Updates macOS (and Apple platform) CI dependency setup to proactively remove a potentially preinstalled Homebrew LLVM that can conflict with Apple SDK toolchain resolution and break native linking. This aligns the CI environment with the repo’s expected use of Apple clang from /usr/bin/clang.
Changes:
- Uninstalls Homebrew
llvmduringeng/install-native-dependencies.shexecution on Apple platforms to prevent wrong-architecture / conflicting dylibs from being picked up by the linker.
