Relaywright 1.0.0-rc.8

Release notes:

  • Stable 1.0 release line.
  • Admin web HTTP listener is disabled by default.
  • Windows installer firewall scope defaults to LocalSubnet.
  • Linux firewall configuration is optional; when enabled, local-subnet scope is the default.
  • See UPGRADE.md before upgrading existing beta installations.
