Fixed: IPv6/IPv4 sort collision in arp_cache_harvest() — IPv6 fe80:: addresses now sorted separately instead of being mangled by dot-field IPv4 sort. Parallel checkpoint gap — FAST/AGGRESSIVE profiles now skip checkpoint-recorded hosts and write new ones, matching sequential behaviour. Version numbers unified to 3.2.0 across all files.

Added: IPv6 link-local neighbor harvest (fe80::/10). Scan resume/checkpoint for both sequential and parallel paths. Global 180s harvest session ceiling. Watchdog state persistence across reboots (watchdog_state.json).
