This mod will change this on Project Highrise game:

• Night features: shops close with the shutter, the CLOSED sign and the sounds. New art for every store and restaurants showing closed doors. Offices, services, vacant hotel rooms and apartments turn their lights off. Apartments will turn lights off when the tenant is sleeping or out for work. Booked hotel rooms will have lights on and the rest off. So you can see which ones have guests without the layer.
• Building features: drag to build rooms,
• Shift+click to furnish all rooms. No more one click per room.
• Automatic utility lines.
• Bigger meters.
• Noise: soundproof floors (F8). Pay to soundproof an entire floor, so noise doesn't travel vertically.
• Smell stays on its floor, never travels vertically.
• Fewer service requests, so you don't need 20 tailoring services.
• More hotel staff, so you don't need 30 luggage services for 1 hotel. Same for housekeeping and room services.

How to install: extract the files into main Project Highrise folder.
