Initial public release.

What's in the box

  • deburst(callback, burstInterval, burstLimit) — trailing-edge debounce that fires when a quiet gap of burstInterval is reached, or when a continuous burst exceeds burstLimit, whichever comes first.
  • .cancel() on the returned function to abort any pending invocation (also resets internal state, so the function stays usable afterward).

Packaging

  • Dual ESM (dist/index.mjs) + CJS (dist/index.cjs) + types (.d.mts / .d.cts), verified green across all resolver modes with `are-the-types-wrong`.
  • Zero runtime dependencies, 4.5 kB packed, ~0.7 kB gzipped.
  • Node ≥ 18, modern browsers via bundlers.
  • Blue Oak Model License 1.0.0.
