Pokepelago v0.6.6

This is a small same-day follow-up to v0.6.5, fixing the desktop client launch and restoring Twitch features.

APWorld

The Launcher now hands pokepelago:// links to the operating system through Python's webbrowser module. Player behaviour is unchanged, but the APWorld no longer directly starts a helper process, which the AP-Pie index security audit flagged in v0.6.5.
If you installed v0.6.5, replace it with this version.
Everything else from v0.6.5 is unchanged, including hide_spoilers, the client chooser, starting-location warning and weight documentation.
Archipelago 0.6.7 or newer is required.

I switched Twitch integration back on in the deployed site. The toggle, settings tab and chat leaderboard are available again under Settings.
Twitch sign-in is now checked hourly and when you return to the tab. If it expires, you'll see "Twitch sign-in expired, reconnect" with the Connect button instead of chat guessing quietly stopping. Issue #27.
Twitch sign-in now works on https://pokepelago.ap-pie.com.
