Improved First-Time Preference Creation

When the AI saves a preference for the first time (e.g., user says "always delete F6S emails"), the skill now instructs the AI to:

1. Run inboxd preferences --init first to create the full template
2. Then append the user's preference to the appropriate section

This ensures users get the rich template with all sections and helpful comments, even when they go straight to Claude Code without running --init manually.

Clearer Learning Instructions

The SKILL.md now has step-by-step instructions for saving preferences:

• Check if preferences file exists
• Create from template if missing
• Append to the correct section
• Add onboarding marker
