Fix: pyannote-audio compatibility

  • Pin pyannote.audio<4.0.0 to avoid torchcodec issues on fresh macOS installs
  • Add Python 3.13 classifier

What was fixed

pyannote-audio 4.x introduced torchcodec as a dependency, which fails to load FFmpeg libraries on fresh installs, causing NameError: name 'AudioDecoder' is not defined. This release pins to pyannote-audio 3.x to avoid the issue.
