Maintenance release.

• Fix: switching the redirect on now recovers from the leftover state of an interrupted switch-on (real Downloads already parked, link missing), instead of refusing it as a conflict.
• Test suites for the core, the app and the command-line tool; continuous integration on GitHub Actions.
• Release pipeline with Developer ID signing, notarization and stapling.

AirDrop2X 0.2.0

First public release.

• Menu bar app: choose a destination folder on any disk or volume and switch the redirect on; AirDrop files land there directly. Switch it off and Downloads is back to normal.
• First-time setup guide for the one permission macOS requires (Full Disk Access for the AirDrop daemon), verified by a real transfer.
• Safety: the real Downloads folder is restored automatically when the destination becomes unreachable, on quit, and after a crash; files that fall back to /private/tmp are moved to the destination.
• Reminder every 5 minutes while the redirect is on, so it is not left on by accident.
• Command-line companion airdrop2x sharing the same settings.
