v0.9.0: feat: add string prepend functionality with tests

- Created new Prepend() function that concatenates multiple strings before a target string
- Added comprehensive test cases covering empty values, single value, and multiple value scenarios
- Removed commented out legacy Prepend implementation from str.go
- Implemented using strings.Join for efficient string concatenation
