Windows, Linux, and macOS rebuild for Releu 1.2.9.

Fixes in this release:

  • restored the app update check/apply flow
  • locked auto-update on so it cannot be disabled from the UI
  • restored the legacy playit agent gate before normal panel use when linking is required
  • fixed mac updater asset selection for Apple Silicon
  • rebuilt the Windows launcher exe, Linux AppImage, and both mac zip bundles
