Learn about vigilant mode.

This update adds a new certificate which installed on the first run. This procedure will open a second instance of the application, requiring admin rights to add the certificate to the filesystem. If you decide not to allow it, OnionFruit will proceed to open but the next boot it will ask you again.

Information on how to disable this will be added to the wiki soon.
