Use the SQL files under sql/ to create the logical tables and views. Map enterprise sources into the documented fields, reconcile totals, and expose only curated views to the application.

- Read-only application role
- Least-privilege grants
- Private authentication and secrets
- Effective-date labor-rate logic
- Data-quality reconciliation
- Row-level access when different accounts require separation
