Fixed
A kube-bench-job whose pod the cluster refused says which plugin refused it. A pod turned
away by a CNI or admission plugin waits in ContainerCreating indefinitely, so the report named
a condition and no cause — and then advised a longer timeout, which cannot fix a pod that will
never start. The cluster's own warning is now included, and the advice follows the diagnosis:
nothing scheduled it, the cluster refused it, or it is still working and waiting longer will help.
A kube-bench-job that ran out of time says what its pod was doing. The wait reported client rate limiter Wait returned an error: context deadline exceeded — a message about
Draugr's own Kubernetes client, in place of the one explaining what to do. It now names the pod's
state, so ContainerCreating (wait longer) is distinguishable from a pod never scheduled (fix
the node selector), and both from a genuine hang.
A scanner names every effect it needs at once. Accepting them was a sequence of scans: allow mutate, run again, get refused for privilege, run again. kube-bench-job declares both, and
the decision is whether to let it do all of it — so it is asked once, with a single --allow-effects mutate, privilege to copy.
