Added credits and update history
bulleye automatically updates itself for existing users. Open it while online, it auto downloads the update, then close and reopen.
for first time download, on windows download the bulleye-setup.exe and launch. Download the tar.gz for Linux below and extract. Full instructions are in the attached PDF.
