Compatible with drawpile-srv 2.2.1 and 2.2.2-beta.1. The attached binary is built with the following parameters in .env.local:

REACT_APP_APIROOT=/admin/api
REACT_APP_BASENAME=/admin
PUBLIC_URL=/admin

If you want to use other paths, you must build this yourself.
