Bug Fix

  • Fix ArithmeticError crash (Integer.pow(2, -1)) in retry delay function on first transient HTTP error
  • Req passes 0-based attempt count; the attempt - 1 expression produced a negative exponent
  • Affected all API calls that encountered a retryable error (most visible in streaming session creation/refresh)
