Add an AgentMail (agentmail.to) toolset exposing six tools for agent-owned email inboxes: list/create inboxes and list/get/send/reply messages over the AgentMail REST API. The API key is sourced from the AGENTMAIL_API_KEY environment variable or an explicit api_key argument and is never persisted. Wires the tools into the web-security agent prompt (neutral, presented alongside existing tooling), adds email/agentmail keywords, and bumps the capability to 1.1.6. Includes unit tests for discovery, auth resolution, request shaping, and error handling.
