fix: keep cordis.patch.yml valid YAML; align with dsh-plugin spec (#1)

The installers appended the `- insert:` entry after the profile template's
lone `[]` line, producing invalid YAML that the DSH loader rejects — the
plugin never mounted. Now they strip the template line first, so the file
stays a valid top-level array, and remain idempotent.

Make this a standard DSH bundle installable the canonical way:

- package.json: name @univer-cli/dsh-univer-plugin, add dsh.bundle.patch
  -> ./cordis.patch.yml, license Apache-2.0, keywords (incl. dsh-plugin),
  repository/homepage/bugs
- add cordis.patch.yml bundle layer (verified: `dsh plugin add` links the
  package, appends it to dsh.profile.bundles, and --dump-config shows the
  `# == @univer-cli/dsh-univer-plugin` layer; remove works too)
- add LICENSE (Apache-2.0)
- reserve unscoped name dsh-univer-plugin as a typosquatting guard:
  redirects/dsh-univer-plugin/ holds a deprecated placeholder pointing to
  the official package (no code; excluded from the main package's files)
- dist/ and archives are generated artifacts: gitignored, never committed;
  rebuild with scripts/build-dist.sh (source in lib/, packaging/, README*)
- install.sh assembles the plugin from source instead of a dist/ copy
- README.md (English) + README.zh-CN.md (Chinese) as separate files;
  installer output and docs are English-primary
- rename dist/安装.command -> packaging/install.command,
  dist/安装说明.txt -> packaging/INSTALL.txt (ASCII filenames)
