Fix bug in generated toString for @ReadArrayContent properties on Poko classes targeting JS: array properties would print a value of "[...]" instead of their actual content.

Compile with Kotlin 2.1.21. Add forward compatibility with Kotlin 2.2.0-RC. Compile with Java 23.
