ci: add frozen selftest that forces the import graph

CI built green but never ran the binary, so the tkinter ModuleNotFoundError only
showed up on the user's machine. New 'selftest' subcommand imports the whole
pipeline + web stack; a CI step runs the FROZEN exe's selftest on both platforms,
failing the build on any missing bundled module before it ships.
