Serializer-cpp v1

This first version is compatible with c++17.

Features:

• easy serialization and deserialization of c++ objects.
• supports most of the commonly used types of the standard library.
• convenient collection of macros that improve readability of the user's code.
• possibility to add support for non-supported types by default like QString for instance (see convertor documentation).

Currently unsupported types:

• std::array and static arrays.
• std::tuples
