• taskmd import — One-time migration from external task trackers. Supports GitHub Issues and Jira as import sources with interactive wizard or flag-based usage. Maps external fields (status, priority, labels, assignees) to taskmd frontmatter with duplicate detection via external_id.

• Enhanced taskmd init — Now creates a full project structure including tasks directory and .taskmd.yaml config. Interactive prompts for task directory, AI assistant template selection, and smart "prompt only when missing" logic for CI/scripting use.
