Features

  • Feed Activity View in Web UI — New Feed page in the web interface showing a chronological activity stream of task changes. View commit-sourced entries with field-level diffs (status transitions, priority changes, subtask completions) and worklog entries with timestamps and notes. Includes filters for event source, time range, and task scope.

  • Rich Diff Analysis — The feed now shows granular field-level changes (e.g., "status: pending → in-progress", "priority: medium → high", subtask completions) instead of generic "file modified" entries.

  • Worklog Integration in Feed — Worklog entries are now interleaved chronologically with git history in the feed. New --source flag (all|git|worklog) on taskmd feed to filter by event source.

Improvements

  • Extracted reusable components (TaskTable, FilterBar, WorklogSection) and sorting logic for better maintainability
  • Moved feed parsing into shared Go SDK module for reuse across CLI and web

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Docker build configuration for proper web dependency handling
  • Fixed TypeScript compilation to use correct config file

Testing

  • Comprehensive test coverage added for web components, pages, views, and hooks (~90% coverage targets)
