Chrome now moves on purpose. Toasts, the command palette, the AI panel,
Welcome, AuthGate, the note list, and the sidebar enter through GSAP —
short, quiet, and off when you asked for less motion. Appearance ships
sixteen palettes in Palette Library. The editor gets the GFM and PKM
commands that used to live only in preview or in your head.

Motion

  • Events, not decoration. Toast, palette, AI panel, Welcome, AuthGate,
    note list, and sidebar expand use GSAP. Reduced motion and Performance →
    Low skip the tween.
  • Motion plugin. The scale you set in Plugins also scales GSAP. 0 is
    instant.

Palettes

  • Palette Library. Nord, Snow, Mocha, Latte, Tokyo, Dracula, Evergreen,
    Grove, Dawn, Atom, Monokai, Ayu, Flexoki, Graphite, Void, and Cobalt.
    Enable the plugin, pick one in Appearance. Core still ships Default
    (tokens.css); named palettes stay a plugin, not a fork of the stylesheet.

Editor

  • Source-mode GFM. Toggle a task by clicking the box. Cycle heading,
    list, quote, and GitHub alert on the current line. Wrap and unwrap
    wikilinks, embeds, images, links, code, tags, math, and strikethrough.
  • Jump. Next/previous heading, task, wikilink, dangling wikilink, link,
    image, embed, fence, table, alert, quote, list, horizontal rule, tag,
    math, and footnote. F12 still jumps between [^id] and its definition.
  • Insert. Footnote, CSV/TSV fence, journal stamp. Copy the note as
    markdown or as [[title]].

Notes

  • Daily. Open today, yesterday, or tomorrow. Creates the note only if
    it is missing.
  • Find in the library. Unlinked, orphan, hub, spoke, untagged,
    most-tagged, stub, longest, stale, newest, random, duplicate title.
    Templates and the current note stay out of those lists.

Integrations

  • GitHub. Paste a blob URL and the URL stays in the note if you still
    need to Connect. Import and watch submit on Enter. Toasts on connect,
    import, watch, and pull. Last-pulled is relative.
  • 1Password. Save passphrase or a provider key and the toast names the
    vault.
  • MCP / Local HTTP. Starting, timeout, and copy-failed states say what
    to do. The URL stays hidden until the server is up.

Graph

  • No matches. A graph filter that hits nothing says so and leaves the
    search up so you can change it.
